The Froggy Dog
Fred and Denise are back for another season. We are excited to meet all of you that make the restaurant part of your summer vacation and those of you that live here on Hatteras Island.
The Froggy Dog Restaurant & Pub has been a Hatteras Island tradition for years and we aim to keep it that way! Our focus is on providing stellar customer service and a menu where everything is made fresh.

We are located in Avon (historically named Kinnakeet), North Carolina. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. You haven’t lived until you have tried our Froggy Dog Wings with our own homemade sauce, it is the best you can get. Plus, you won’t want to miss The Froggy Dog signature items – Hot Pancakes at breakfast and our amazing burgers at lunch. Come try our Captain's Burger, a half pound burger topped with crabmeat and cheese.  After you check out our Menu we are positive you will visit us soon!
And, don’t forget to bring the whole family…the little ones can busy themselves in Tadpole Corner. While we keep the kids happy, you can enjoy your scrumptious dinner and vacation of relaxation!  And don't forget to visit our gift shop on the second floor.  Ribbits gifts has something for everyone. 

Groggy Pirate Pub The Froggy Dogs lounge. Come into the warm feeling of the Groggy Pirate Pub.  Watch one of the many televisions.  If you don't see your game or special event on, just ask for it.  We have a daily shrimp and crableg special every day between 3pm and 5pm.  In the evenings you can become a star by joining our own Alan Ross Karaoke Road Show.  Or sit at the copper top bar and enjoy a cold beverage.   Hope to see you soon.
